Transfer Policy
Sun Day Apartments offers complimentary shuttle service to and from Athens International Airport, upon request and according to scheduled operating hours.
Shuttle Operating Hours

From the property to the airport: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

From the airport to the property: 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
The property reserves the right to adjust departure times and service arrangements based on overall guest needs.
Luggage Allowance
Each guest may bring:

If luggage exceeds these limits, the property and driver reserve the right to decline transport.
Transfer Booking
Transfers should ideally be booked 2–3 days prior to arrival or departure, subject to availability.

Cancellations / Changes
Please inform us as soon as possible for any changes or cancellations. All requests are subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable Rates
All rates listed on our website are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
In case of cancellation, modification, or no-show, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Booking Modifications
Date changes may be requested but are always subject to availability and applicable policies.
Exceptions
In cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances, special requests may be considered at the property’s discretion.
No-show
If you do not arrive and have not informed us in advance, your reservation will be considered canceled with no refund.
Extra Persons & Capacity Policy
Double Rooms

Studios
Maximum capacity:

Extra guests in studios are charged €15 per person per night, depending on capacity and policy.
Unregistered Guests
Guests not included in the booking are not permitted to enter or stay at the property.

Available upon request, subject to availability and possible extra charge.

Until 11:00 AM
Late Check-out

Late Check-in
Arrivals after 10:00 PM incur a €10 fee only if staff assistance is required.
No fee applies for self check-in.

Smoking
Allowed only in outdoor areas (yard, balconies, exterior spaces).
Pets
Not allowed.
Visitors / Overnight Guests
Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
Children’s Equipment & Toys
Must always be used under parental or guardian supervision.
The property bears no responsibility for accidents or injuries.
Extra Linen
Additional towels and bed linen are available at an extra charge.
Parking

Lost & Found
The property is not responsible for forgotten items.
Items are kept for up to 5 days. After this period, they may be discarded.
Shipping of lost items can be arranged via courier at the guest’s expense.
Damages
Any damage to rooms, equipment, or common areas will be charged to the guest.
